Simon Critchley: Guest Docent Tour

A diverse collection of dynamic artists and thinkers lead EarthFest audiences on personalized tours through their favorite ideas and galleries in the Museum.

All tours are one hour and embark from the Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Hall. 

Each tour will culminate in a discussion with a Museum scientist in Cullman Hall of the Universe.

Simon Critchley is a noted philosopher of politics, ethics, and aesthetics and the Hans Jonas Professor of Philosophy at the New School for Social Research in New York City leads philosophical bird walks through the halls with Museum ornithologist Paul Sweet.

RSVPs are now closed. For drop-in spaces, please check in 15 minutes prior to the start time at the Information Desk, Main Security, located on Central Park West at 79th Street, accessible via the driveway on either side of the main Museum steps.
